No Returns or Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products (BioChoiceES and Plastic Drain Cleaners), which are designed for one-time use only, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be resold, so we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged Products:

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by emailing marketing@mrrooterphx.com with the following details:

  • Order number 
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Description of the damage

Once we receive this information, we will review your case and determine an appropriate course of action. Please note that while we may offer a resolution, we are not obligated to issue refunds or replacements.
